Keeping you safe as we navigate coronavirus together
At Pittwater Place, we have strengthened our already stringent cleaning processes by placing a heightened focus on sanitising high-touch points with high-grade disinfectant as well as increasing the number of cleaning rotations each day. We have positioned hand sanitation stations at key points throughout the centre, for our entire community to access. We have placed Australian Government-issued information posters in our bathrooms, which outline crucial information on how you can help stop the spread of Covid-19.
To protect yourself and those around you, we ask every member of our community to adopt safe physical distancing measures while visiting the centre. This includes avoiding crowded areas and maintaining adequate space of at least two metres between yourself and others when queuing or moving through the centre.
We continue to work in close collaboration with our retailers to ensure that we are all doing our part to keep our shared environments clean and safe while keeping our team members up to date with new information and advice from the relevant authorities.
We are closely monitoring public health updates and prepared to act quickly should advice change. It goes without saying that our community’s health and wellbeing comes first.
We ask for your support in making sure Pittwater Place continues to be a place of kindness and compassion for all our customers and staff throughout this unprecented situation. We also encourage all customers commit to social distancing whilst visiting.
With all that said, we remain open for business and sincerely look forward to seeing you at Pittwater Place.

Considering a visit to Pittwater Place? Before you visit, we have put together a list of things you should consider, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience. We all have a role to play in keeping our community safe and healthy.
BEFORE YOU RETURN TO PITTWATER PLACE
PLAN YOUR VISIT
Before arriving please review the list of open retailers and individual conditions of entry located above. As restrictions have impacted all of our retailers in different ways, you may find it may take a little longer for some of your favourite stores to return to business as usual.
PLEASE WASH AND SANITISE YOUR HANDS
We are committed to maintaining exemplary hygiene measures at Pittwater Place. For your convenience, we have provided easy access to hand sanitisation stations throughout the Centre.
We ask that upon arrival to please sanitise your hands – even if you have only recently done so and continue to do so regularly whilst in centre.
We also ask that you continue to adhere to the 20 second advice when washing your hands before eating, after coughing, sneezing or blowing your nose, or after using bathroom amenities.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
Practise social distancing while visiting us in-Centre. We ask that you please take care to maintain an appropriate distance from those that are not in your immediate party. Read more.
A minimum of 1.5m distance between persons should always be maintained. We have implemented signage in certain areas throughout the Centre to assist and guide you when you are required to queue.
All retailers will have on display at their entry or in their shop window, the maximum quantity of people allowed in store at any given time. We ask for your own safety, as well as the safety of other shoppers and our staff that you acknowledge and respect this number. This may mean that you may need to queue at an appropriate social distance before entering your favourite store.
PLEASE USE PROPER COUGHING ETIQUETTE
If you are not feeling well, it is recommended for your own health, as well as the health of our community – that you stay home.
In the event that you are well and still find yourself needing to cough or sneeze when you visit, please use the inside of your elbow, handkerchief or tissue.
If using a tissue, please ensure it is disposed of appropriately and as soon as possible.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BE KIND
We are all experiencing and coping with significant changes following the outbreak of COVID 19. For some of our stores, this may have resulted in restricted access to stock, limited trading hours or reduced services.
We are all trying our best to return to business as usual in these trying times. Please be mindful while in centre to be courteous, and kind to centre staff and other guests.
